This antique Georgian 9ct yellow gold ring, dating back to 1820, showcases the intricate artistry of the renowned London maker Charles Rawlings. It features four vibrant, old round-cut rubies in a gorgeous pink-red hue, nestled amongst six delicate seed pearls that display a soft white colour with pink lustre.
The design is a testament to Regency-era elegance, with a scrolled gallery and detailed engraving extending across the shoulders and band. A charming piece of history, the interior of the band bears the original hand-engraved initials “E.M.N.Ho,” which likely belonged to the original owner over two centuries ago.
