Retro Thick Silver Fancy Chain Bracelet London 1970s Heart Padlock
A sophisticated Modernist slant on a traditional classic – the gate bracelet.
This sterling silver bracelet uses pins to articulate wishbone links. The result is an elegant chainmail, that is very mobile & tactile. It is quite something & difficult to make, I would think.
The band of the bracelet is very wide at 21.5mm, & certainly attention grabbing.
The catch is a traditional heart padlock, complete with safety chain.
This vintage silver bracelet has English hallmarks. It was assayed in London in 1976. There is a traditional Lion Passant for sterling silver.
There is an unknown makers hallmark of RB ltd

⭐ It will fit wrists up to 17cm in circumference.
⭐ The band is wide at 21.5mm
This solid silver bracelet is vintage & pre-owned. It is nearly 50 years old. It is in great condition with some marks to the heart shaped padlock, but nothing that detracts.
