This substantial vintage sterling silver gate bracelet is a classic example of late 1980s craftsmanship. Hallmarked in London in 1989 with the maker’s mark “ASJ” for Alistair Stewart Jewellers, it features a sophisticated 7-bar design with fancy twisted links. The bracelet is secured by a traditional heart-shaped padlock catch—also fully hallmarked—and includes an intact safety chain for added security.
Thick, heavy, and tactile, this piece is designed for comfortable daily wear. Its generous 15mm width makes it a bold statement on the wrist while maintaining the timeless elegance of English gate jewellery.
