This striking vintage Chateau d’Argent cocktail ring centres on a beautiful forest-green Tourmaline in an elegant navette cut. Six sparkling pear-cut Cubic Zirconia surround the stone in a dramatic sunburst design, creating plenty of light and contrast.
The setting has a wonderfully bold 1980s feel, with substantial sterling silver shoulders and a raised geometric gallery. Chateau d’Argent was a Canadian jewellery company known during the 1980s and 1990s for combining natural gemstones with laboratory-created accent stones.
The ring is stamped 925 for sterling silver and carries the C^A maker’s mark for Chateau d’Argent.

This vintage ring is in good condition with some tarnishing and wear at the rear. It has previously been resized, leaving a slightly raised solder join on the back of the band. The gemstones are recorded as being in excellent condition.
