This classic vintage amethyst diamond halo ring showcases a vibrant, deep purple oval-cut Amethyst surrounded by a sparkling halo of clean, clear Diamonds. Crafted in rich 9K yellow gold with white gold gallery accents, this piece beautifully combines bold colour and brilliant sparkle.
The ring features five English hallmarks, indicating it was assayed in London, England, in 1986. It also bears the traditional Lion Passant, a 375 mark for 9K gold, and the maker’s mark “SJ” in a square.
The white gold gallery enhances the Diamonds’ brilliance, and the heavy white gold claws provide excellent protection for the gemstones. Intricate scroll work adorns the shoulders, and the open back design allows light to pass through, maximising the gemstones’ sparkle.
