This striking 1960s modernist ring showcases a luminous natural Blue Topaz set in solid sterling silver. The substantial sky-blue gemstone is bezel-set with a unique single-claw accent, maximising its fire and brilliance.
Designed by renowned silversmith Miguel Garcia Martinez for Rancho Alegre in Taxco, Mexico, this mid-century piece embodies bold yet wearable elegance.
Stamped with the distinctive MR hallmark and 925 for sterling silver, this ring is a testament to Mexico’s rich silver craftsmanship. Its thick, heavy band has a smooth, tactile finish, making it comfortable for daily wear while ensuring durability.
The wide band tapers towards the back for ease of wear, while the elevated setting offers a striking profile. The bezel and claw combination protects the gemstone, making it a practical yet statement-making piece.
