This elegant vintage diamond trilogy ring features three dazzling round-cut Diamonds illusion set in white gold, framed by beautifully engraved star detailing along the shoulders. Crafted from rich 9k yellow gold, this piece exemplifies the traditional design trends of the late 1970s.
Hallmarked in Birmingham, England, in 1977, the ring is stamped with 375 for 9ct gold purity, the Crown Passant, and a date letter for 1977. Additionally, it bears the maker’s mark “W&G” for Wyatt & Green of Birmingham.
The ring has an open back gallery that allows light to pass through the Diamonds, enhancing their sparkle. Also there is star etching on the shoulder – very much of the period.
