A bold, geometric statement piece, this vintage Modernist ring from Sweden showcases a beautifully earthy square-cut Tiger’s Eye gemstone in a substantial silver setting. Likely crafted in the 1970s, it embodies the striking, sculptural aesthetics of Scandinavian Modernism.
The large Tiger’s Eye is bezel set and exhibits rich, golden chatoyancy. Its prominent placement is complemented by a chunky, squared silver band that makes this a striking piece on the hand.
The ring bears several Swedish hallmarks: the Triple Crown mark for Swedish silver and an “S” for minimum 800 silver are stamped on the outer band, while the interior is marked “835.”
