This vintage 9ct rolled gold adjustable bangle features a charming repeating heart design, delicate beaded edging & the rich golden colour associated with quality vintage rolled gold.
Likely dating from the 1960s, this pretty bangle has a wonderfully romantic design. A continuous row of engraved hearts runs around the front, framed by fine beaded borders that add texture & catch the light.
Made from solid rather than hollow construction, it feels reassuringly substantial at 8.6g. The clever sliding adjustment allows the internal circumference to change from approximately 15cm to 21cm, making it considerably more versatile than a traditional fixed-size bangle.
The interior is clearly stamped “9CT ROLLED GOLD” and “1/20”, indicating a substantial bonded layer of 9ct gold rather than modern gold plating. Its warm, deep gold tone gives it the appearance of a far more expensive solid gold bracelet.
