Description
This vintage 1976 ring features a bold mid-century design with a solid sterling silver base heavily plated in rich yellow gold. The band is thick, sturdy, and well-balanced, with an ornate border and rectangular face that brings the Ruby centrepiece into sharp focus.
The ruby measures approximately 4mm in diameter. Its round cut gives off warm sparkle even with its almost opaque appearance, adding to the character of the ring. Hallmarked in Birmingham with a date letter for 1976 and maker’s mark WJCo.
