A stunning pair of Art Deco earrings, complete with Mother of Pearl panel.

Very much of the period, with its geometric design with overall opulence.

The gold is a nice deep colour & is matt / satin on the front, but high shine on reverse. The triangle on the front of the stud is high shine.

There is a full sent of English hallmarks on the earring post:
Makers mark of HGLD for Henry Greaves, The Birmingham Assay Office hallmark & the date letter V for 1921. There is a 375 hallmark for 9ct gold.

These earrings have a post back, & brand new butterflies.

These earrings are Antique & have several previous lovers. They are over 100 years old. Remarkably the Mother of Pearl panel is free from chips or cracks. There are some marks on the gold, as you would expect. There is some wear at the top of the earring near the bale – this is from a century of swinging motion! The hallmarks are very worn.

All earrings from Vittori & Hive are sterilised & cleaned with an ultrasound bath, before being sent out.
