Pretty vintage white gold ring hallmarked Birmingham England 1981, made by Wyatt & Green. Geometric design to the open shoulders of the ring.

This ring is set with a natural Opal cabochon in the centre of 8 small round cut blue Sapphires.
The Opal is flawless & has great colours – flashes of blue, red, green & purple. A really nice opal. It is 4mm in diameter.

The 8 small dark sapphires are 2.25mm in diameter each. They are semi opaque – they set off the vivid Opal.

The band of the ring is 2.2mm wide & has 5 hallmarks on the inside:
⭐ Anchor hallmark for Birmingham
⭐ Date letter G for 1981
⭐ 9 for 9ct gold
⭐ Lion Passat for Britain
⭐ Makers mark – W&G

This ring is size Size L (UK/AU) Size 6 (US) & weighs 1.7 grams.
